Dear Mr. Barker,
Thank you for your correspondence and for being a fan!
While we try to accommodate all of our guests,
smoking and non-smoking, we value the health concerns of all our guests as
well. We have a
state-of-the-art air-filtration system that completely exchanges our entire air
mass four times every hour. In addition, we do offer a variety of smoke-free
areas throughout the property. We have recently
extended our smoke free area of the casino; our new garage has an entrance that
takes you directly into the smoke free area. Using that entrance may minimize
your exposure to smoke as you travel to any of our restaurants. All of
our restaurants and poker room are also smoke-free. If you need assistance in
finding the smoke-free areas, please ask one our employees, and they will
gladly help.
However, we do not have plans to change the current smoking
areas in the casino. Please keep in mind that pursuant to law, persons under the age of
twenty-one (21) are not permitted to gamble at our property or loiter in
casino areas. Notwithstanding the foregoing, persons who have obtained age
of 18 may participate in class 2 poker &
class 2bingo games at our properties. Guests that are under legal age may use the
walkways in the casino to reach our hotel and restaurants. If you know which
restaurant you will be visiting in advance, please contact us at 813-627-7625
(ROCK) and we will gladly tell you which entrance is closest to your desired
dining location.
